inspection (procedure mpi and dpi)

DPI PROCEDURE

-surface cleaning with brushing and clean it without any dirt, lint-free and oil

-access the remover agent on the butt joint to make sure it clean and dry.

-wait for 5 minutes

-then apply the dye penetrant (red dye) on the butt joint with spraying it at the weld zone.

-wait for dye penetrant time for 5 minutes

-then apply the developer with spraying it smoothly thin layer at angle 45 degree.

-wait for developer weld time for 8 minutes

-after 8 minutes, we can get indication the defect so that we must measure the length of defect with ruler besides identified the kind of defect.

-lastly post cleaning, after using it...

MPI PROCEDURE

-on the yoke and press ac current

-applying the white contrast on the butt joint

-wait for 5 minutes

-put yoke on the butt joint, while spray it with magnetic particle black ink angle 45 degree.

-wait for 5 minutes or wait until indication appear.

- when the indication found appear, we can detect the types of defect. measure the length of defect with ruler and identified type of defect.

-lastly post cleaning...

BiLa DaH seM 5, SeTiAp Hri Rabu KeNa mASUK LaB.. norMAL la koS enGIneerRING.
SO hari ni kena buat MPi (magnetic particle inspection) semua kena ikut peraturan, supaya elakkan dr kemalangan... tengok pakaian aku dh macam ape dh...

semua benda aq guna masa dalam lab... kena fham, nti nk keje senang thu cara nk buat... 

bila perempuan yg buat , korg blh tgk kelakar juga kan... 

dah ambil kos ni, so kenalah fham, nk atau xnk kena blajar juga..... 

alhamdulilah semuanya brjya....

 semua orang ada kisah cinta tersendiri, begitu juga aku... walaupun ada pahit manisnya.. tapi itulah cinta yang sering membuat kita tertanya kenapa semua ini berlaku... tapi ape yang berlaku pasti ada hikmatnya... 

cinta yang hadir akan buat kita merasai indah sangat, aku pernah merasakan semua itu... terasa bahagia sekali, tapi apekan daya, itu sementara.. tapi aku x pernah melupakan walaupun sedetik.. bagiku dielah cinta sejati, cinta yang akan kekal diingati walaupun tidak bersama..  aku redha dengan semua yang berlaku, tetapi hati ini selalu terdetik "alangkah indahnya jika bersama" tetapi kte x thu jodoh dengan sape kn.... semoga cinta aku berakhir dengan gembiranya...  ibarat cinta cerita LOVE RAIN... 

walaupun kita tak bersama, ttp sy tahu awk merasakan benda yg sme dgn sy...

ni oula bhgain dapur..kena luas ckit.. nak masak senang... aku pula suka masak2 ni,, bt kek ke,puding ke...  rasa bhgia sgt.. nak2 family duduk skli. bru meriah...

  

ada ruang membaca mcm ni pun bgus, blh relax kat citu...

 ni pula bilik kanak2,, comelkn... ni utk masa akn dtang... comel je hiasannya... ape nk look nice.. mmg aku suka.. x nk yg elegent sgt,, pokai la nti...

bilik air pun biru,,, adoi,, bestnya... ble la nk dapat merasa semua ni... nmpknya kena kerja keras cri duit... lpas ijazah,, trus keje,, n keje....  if ada org nk kat aku, erm.... brula bwa jmpe fmily kn??

 sudah lame aku meninggalkan blog ini, eerrrmmm ... biasala busy dengan stdy, but aku still akan isi ruang kosong dalam blog aku ini...

PEREMPUAN (-__-)

Perempuan harus belajar menjadi seseorang  yang manis, anggun, dan penuh sopan santun ketika menjelang dewasa, dan harus membentuk karakter tersebut untuk menentukan masa depan hidup selanjutnya. Belajar untuk mendapatkan dan menerima jodohnya untuk membentuk sebuah keluarga.

Perempuan harus belajar untuk mencapai apa yang di inginkannya dalam hidup , belajar mencintai seseorang yang tidak dicintainya ketika perempuan tersebut dijodohkan, belajar menerima jodoh tersebut dalam hidupnya, belajar mencari cinta ketika cinta tersebut tidak kunjung datang dalam hidupnya, belajar menerima ketika cinta tersebut sudah tidak ada lagi.

ketika pasangan tersebut kehilangan pekerjaannya perempuan harus belajar mencari nafkah dan menutupi segala keperluan rumah tangganya dengan belajar bekerja dan belajar menerima keadaan tersebut, ketika pasangan tersebut meninggalkanya kerana meninggal dunia atau memilih hidup dengan perempuannya yang lain, perempuan tersebut lagi lagi harus belajar tabah, ihklas dan kuat untuk meneruskan hidupnya.

hadirnya awak dalam hidup ini, telah mewarnai malam yg sepiku,

keindahan dedaunan cinta sentiasa mekar di hati ini,

biarpun kita berjauhan, tapi cinta itu ttp bersemi,
